Fabulous Inky Friday at Tiddly Inks!

Good Morning Everyone!!   Oh how I love Inky Fridays!!  Today's creation is inspired by the Round or Square sketch at Mojo Monday!  Here is the sketch I chose to follow:

Obviously I chose to follow the square one.  My card base is SU! Chocolate Chip, followed by Real Red.  I had already colored and paper piece my image when I decided to use this sketch so I had to tweak it a bit to make it work.  I chose to work with one of Tiddly's new image Belle.  Isn't she SO sweet and adorable?  I love love her.

I printed her out twice.  Once on white paper and again on polka dotted designer paper.  When paper piecing clothing, I try to use DP that has a small pattern so that you can see the entire effect of said pattern.  Just a tidbit =)  I colored first and then paper pieced.  Using my Quickie Glue Pen I added Art Glitter brand Vintage Glass Glass Glitter in Antique Silver to her headband, corseted sides and ruffly hem.  My sentiment is PTI.
Because my image was printed on the larger side, I had to adjust the sketch to put the ribbon, which is chocolate brown seam binding, under my image rather than over as the sketch displays.  I used my notebook punch for the bottom decorative element.  I was going to use my scallop apron border punch but this is going in my sweet Daughter's lunchbox tomorrow so I wanted to have a bit of a "schooly" element to it.
My heart decorative element is an olddddd SU! stamp (from 2005!!).  Stamped in Real Red ink onto Kraft paper.  Backed with another blue and white check DP and more Real Red paper.  My flag is made out of TPC Studio DP that I simply cut by hand.
I truly hope you enjoy my creation today and are inspired to create something fabulous!!
