Love Beauty...

Good Friday Morning!!  I hope that you've had a wonderful week celebrating, relaxing, crafting..whatever it is that you're doing!
Today I'm bringing you a feature card for Loves Rubberstamps using one of my favorite sentiment sets Vintage Verses.

As you can see, I've gone extremely scrappy on my creation today.  I used an older MFT sketch (per usual! *wink*) as my jumping off point.  My papers are from Bazzill and Recollections.  But let me back up.  My children are ALWAYS bringing me gorgeous trinkets from Mother Nature.  My son recently found a stunning leaf that has been on my desk just waiting for it's turn.  Well I grabbed some turquoise acrylic paint, my brayer and some chocolate cardstock and started printing.  It came out so fabulous...I just love it.
I just love incorporating bits of my life like this into my projects.  So this became my designer paper for the background.
I used all kinds of fun elements, Basic Grey wooden buttons and scrapbook letters, baker's twine, mini clothes pin from Michael's, MFT Die-namics (Chevron and STAX Flags), bling circles, and a metal rim tag.
My sentiment is housed on the Fishtail Flag STAX Die-namics.
I had a great time creating with this fabulous set.  It's extremely versatile for all types of occasions!

Thanks so much for popping by today!

Crafty Hugs!
