I used a very fun and sparkly matte using Recollections brand glitter paper from Michaels. I used the Starry Night stencil from MFT misted with Heidi Swapp spray mister for my background. I then added a few drips of the gold Heidi Swapp spray mist taking the mister part out of the bottle and using the straw part to drip drip drop a few splats for added visual interest. I added some flat enamel dots here and there. I stitched across the top of my panel purposefully leaving the ends of the threads showing.
