Simply Betty Stamps - On The Sixth Day Of Christmas...

Betty gave to us!  GORGEOUS STEAMPUNKS!!

The Children all snug in their beds, while visions of Steampunks danced in their heads! I don't know about you all, but lately these are some of my favorites in Christmas theme! The are beautiful in Greens, Reds, and Beige for a more Vintage Christmas feel. So, you know what is next right? Create you most Merry Steampunk project and upload it to inlinkzon the SBSC blog!  You have until Dec. 7th at 11PM PST! Good luck all, we can't wait to see you all color these beauties!

Today I've used Annie to work with.  All of the Steampunk images are so amazingly intricate and gorgeous it was hard to pick!!

I used SU! Pure Pomegranate as my card base, followed by PTI white stock edged in Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress ink.

The rose DP and the frame that Annie is climbing out of is from the G45 Steampunk Debutante line.  LOVE IT!

I colored Annie with my Prismacolor pencils and then carefully trimmed her out.  I layered her into the frame leaving one foot out so that she appears as though she is climbing out of a portrait somewhere.  I added a chipboard scallop circle that I coated in gold craft ink and heat embossed.  An old postage stamp from my local antique store (they sell them in packs), a smidge of navy ribbon and 3 brads and VOILA!  I'm in love with my Steampunk!  But wait until you see the entire Design Team's work!  STUNNING!!

I can't wait to see what you come up with!!

I hope you've enjoyed and been inspired!!
