Happy Wednesday Everyone!!! I am here with you today with one of my newest FAVORITE QKD stamps from the Studio 77 line. I used the Tagg Words II set pulling the word TOXIC for my main focus.
I usually use SO many layers of DP but last night I was feeling like something entirely different. I created my card base using the new Persimmon paper from The Paper Source.
I then grunged it up a bit with my sanding block and sprayed my Smooch Spritz in Log Cabin on the front.
I then chose a funky stitch on my sewing machine and haphazardly created a border.
I stamped the word TOXIC in Momento Black Tuxedo ink and carefully trimmed it out. I edged it Copic French Grey 50% and then used my black sketch pen to add some shading. I used my sparkly Sakura gel pen in light silver to edge the letters so they'd pop even more. I adhered them down with 3-D foam adhesive. The SO chipboard letters are from Making Memories.
The interior is simply black cardstock, a smidge of skull ribbon tucked under the cardstock and stapled with my Making Memory colored staples. The skull sticker is from American Greetings.
I love the grungy simplicity of this!! And I'm totally in love with the awesome stamp set!!! You must check out the newest lines from QKD!!!
Thanks for popping by today!!
