September Bombshell Sketch Challenge

Greetings everyone!!  Ms. September for Bombshell here!!  Today I'm bringing to you my rendition of the awesome sketch that Kathi put out for us!

I used my 'Rise and Shine' set to create background paper, my sentiment and main focal image.

I first stamped my gorgeous girl in Momento Ink (tuxedo black) onto PTI white cardstock.  I colored her in using my NEW and DELICIOUS Prismacolor pencils as well as a few new Prismacolor markers that I picked up recently.  I used Diamond Glaze for her luscious hair and as well for the window.  I LOVE how the glaze settled and shines so brightly!!

My self-made designer paper is using a stamp from the Rise and Shine set.  I stamped it in Tim Holtz distress ink in 'Peeling Paint'.  My card base is Cosmo Cricket's Woodland paper.  The green is just grey enough that it was just perfect for what I had envisioned.
My strips of plaid paper in the background are from PTI.  I stitched around my main image to give it more depth.

I stamped my sentiment onto shimmery cream cardstock using the same Tim Holtz ink and heat embossed it.  I then colored in the sun using a few new markers.  I punched it out and popped it up on 3-D adhesive.

The interior of my card uses the same shimmery cream cardstock with another sentiment - heat embossed - from the Rise and Shine set.  I used my large scallop punch to create a beautiful line along the bottom of the interior.

Please come over to the Bombshell Forum to play in all of the fabulous challenges that are going on!!

Thanks for stopping by today!!

XOXO
Meredith
